Asian Lions

The asian lions are part of the cat family and are one of the only kinds that actually hunt in groups. The asian lion and the african lion are very similar since they are both subspecies of the same specie. Only the asian lion is slightly heavier and the males usually don't have as big manes. Also the asian lion is endangered unlike teh african lion who is so far only threatened.

Just like the African lions, the asian lions hunt in groups, with up to 3 males and a group of females, and ofcourse their cubs.

The females are the main hunters and the males mark the territory.
