The White bengall tiger is not very different from the original bengal tiger. This is because they are pratically brothers. Just like what rabbits have, the white bengal tiger is actually just a tiger with out colour pigment. This has made if very hard for them to camouflage in the wild. But because of the few predators they have they were able to breed so much to create an own species. Bengal tigers live in India, and therefore sometimes called Indian tigers. They are the most common tiger and number about half of all the tiger population. They are very powerful and will travel several miles to hunt buffalo, deer, wild pigs and other large animals. Despite the bad reputation they usually avoid humans. Only few have ever become dangerous to us, those are usually only the ones that have nothing else left to hunt. Females give birth to 2 - 6 cubs at a time, and raise them usually without the help of the male. Cubs stay with their mothers for 2 years, and only start hunting at the age of 18 months. |
